Case Study

Website and supporting media
Digital, Press, Non Press

We developed the IAS website following a briefing for numerous legal vacancies – as a charity on a tight budget, the client wanted to recruit high numbers of people quickly and cost-effectively. The roles were challenging and interesting however, the existing website did not reflect their unique selling points. After we interviewed existing staff, we came up with a creative approach that would be topical and hard hitting – but would also spell out clearly the advantages of working here. The site includes case studies, individual staff stories and extensive information, as well as a current vacancies section that IAS can update themselves. To support the brand, we have rolled out new ad styles and internal communication materials. IAS are delighted, the new brand has been embraced internally, recruitment has been successful and there are plans to review the whole website in the light of our changes.
