Having worked with Amlin for many years, we were delighted when they asked us to develop their recruitment brand and communications. One of the world’s leading specialist insurance companies, Amlin are not a household name, and this can work against them when recruiting. Over three days of staff interviews, we discovered their unique balance of history and innovation – from this, we developed our strapline 'Tradition of fresh thinking'. We were also struck by the diversity of their work, and how interesting insurance could be when you looked at it more closely. As a result, we developed the " Our World" headline, with text and images showcasing the impact of insurance in real-life situations. To date, we have completed a general recruitment brochure, a staff benefits brochure and two language versions for overseas divisions. However, with a vast range of specialisms in this growing organisation, there is plenty of scope to continue the theme going forward.
